Yeahhh.. I have probably about 30 lbs of excess skin. It’s something that comes with losing a significant amount of weight and at a rapid pace. But I’d recommend lifting weights as well as cardio. Most people skip weightlifting and take it for granted because they think it’ll make them bigger and super bulky lol. It helps with toning, however it won’t stop you from having lose skin. It’s just something you’re gonna have to come to terms with if you want to lose a drastic amount of weight.

You need to change up your routine. If you workout for 45 mins do an hour. If you have a cheat day change it to cheat meal etc. Your body needs to always be challenged with something new
